Jab-Cross Combination

Kimura from Side Control
A powerful shoulder lock from the side control position. The Kimura is an effective submission that can be used to control the opponent or force a submission. It's particularly useful when the opponent tries to escape side control.
Hook Punch
A circular punch that travels in an arc toward the opponent. The hook punch is effective for targeting the side of the head or body and can be delivered with either hand. It's a powerful technique when executed correctly.
Triangle Choke
A submission technique that uses the legs to create a choke around the opponent's neck and arm. The triangle choke is one of the most effective submissions from the guard position and can be set up in various ways.
Uchi Mata (Inner Thigh Throw)

Spinning Back Kick (Ushiro Mawashi Geri)
